How to use the invoice generator
- Add your details: business name, contact info and logo. They're saved for your next invoice.
- Add your client: who you're billing and their address.
- List your work: one line per product or service, with quantity and rate. Totals update automatically.
- Set payment terms: pick Net 15, Net 30 or a custom due date, and add tax or a discount if needed.
- Download the PDF and email it, or print it.
What to include on an invoice
- The word "Invoice" and a unique invoice number
- Your business name and contact details, and your client's
- Invoice date and due date
- An itemized list of products or services with prices
- Subtotal, taxes, discounts and the total amount due
- How to pay you (bank details, payment link or accepted methods)
